3- Discussing ideas of a preliminary design for horizontal projection & main
    front faces, developing the ideas till reach together to a final design
    that meets client desire in accordance & ministry of industry
    instructions.
4- Preparing initiative drawings after client written approval for the final
    idea for project design.
5- Submitting the initiative drawings to ministry of industry for approval.

- Drawings for steal frame to be submitted by the supplier through the client.
- Soil investigation report to be submitted by the client.
Electrical studies:
- Load schedules drawings
- In/out door lighting drawings, power plans, ventilation, exhaust fans
- Electrical details drawings.
- Grounding system & lighting protections drawings
- Fire alarm system drawings.

Hygienic studies
- Rains & sanitary drains drawings
- Layout drainage drawings
- Any other details to be required.

Mechanical studies & Life Safety
- Analysis of existing system plans “exhaust fans”.
- Plumbing & fire protection plans.
