QUALIFICATION:

Graduate or Post Graduate.

1- Extensive experience in substation construction including site supervision, testing and commissioning. Prefer by 380 KV and below
2- Should be computer literate with good knowledge of MS-Office and preferable has knowledge about Primavera, MS Project and Smart sketch.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

1- Analysis assessment of tender documents evaluation of bids and recommendations.
2- Studies and review of vendor documents and analysis of equipments.
3- Verification of design drawings, as-built drawings.
4- Administration of contract covering the design, manufacturing, delivering, installation and testing.
5- Control and monitoring of project activities.
6- Formulates and maintain Procedures and practices.
7- Prepare and recommend amendments scope of work that may develop during project implementation.

8- Direct the compilation of various reports pertaining to project activities.

9- Monitoring status of implementation, contractor performance, financial status, materials status.
10- Check completed work, verifies tests and inspection results.
11- Provisional take over the contract works.
12- Follow-up of warranty defects.
13- Coordination and negotiation with concerned authorities to overcome unsatisfactory conditions.
